Hello! My name is Larissa Demir – I’m a certified Nutrition Coach, have been a Fitness and Zumba Instructor for 10+ years and have taught over 1000 classes in person & online.
I’ve designed these Zumba classes with a holistic approach, incorporating cardio, toning and stretching to help you achieve an incredibly well-rounded, fun and challenging workout, all from the comfort of your own home. These classes are filled with Latin-inspired music, as well as pop and other international rhythms too!
Zumba classes offer a great physical workout that help increase your mood and energy levels. The freedom, the fun, the release of negativity, and most importantly the happiness you feel during and after the workout – this is the reason I LOVE running classes and also why I decided to create a safe and supportive platform to offer classes to people who want to workout online.
Please remember to wear comfortable workout clothes, runners and have a water bottle nearby (and sweat towel if needed). Please also consult your physician or health care specialist before performing any of the exercises in this program if you have any chronic or recurring physical conditions, and/or if you are pregnant, postnatal, nursing, or elderly.
