Larissa has deigned these Zumba classes with a holistic approach, incorporating cardio, toning and stretching to help you achieve an incredibly well-rounded, fun and challenging workout, all from the comfort of your own home. These classes are filled with Latin-inspired music, as well as pop and other international rhythms too! Zumba classes offer a great physical workout that help increase your mood and energy levels. The freedom, the fun, the release of negativity, and most importantly the happiness you feel during and after the workout – this is the reason Larissa loves running classes and also she has created a safe and supportive platform to offer classes to people who want to workout online.
