Come and join our creative facilitators!

Participating in a creative program can help you cope and express strong thoughts and emotions. Studies have shown that engaging in any creative process can promote mental healing – from a simple drawing or collage, to looking at art or talking about it, creativity and the arts can be very beneficial.

Classes are running via Zoom – so why not give it a go!
