Tram stop 21 is positioned directly in front of building 390 St Kilda Road. St Kilda Road trams 3, 3A, 5, 6, 16, 64, 67 and 72.
Discount parking is available for all clients and visitors of The Living Centre at the St Kilda Road Towers Carpark for a flat rate of $6 all day.

Validation tickets will be provided when leaving The Living Centre.
2hr parking meters in Albert Street are available for $3 per hour.
