Zumba with Larissa Demir.
Zumba a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and merengue music feels more like a dance party than a workout, which is exactly what makes Zumba one of the most popular group exercise classes in the world. The high-energy classes are set to upbeat music and features choreographed dance numbers. You’ll get a great cardio workout, strengthen your core, and improve flexibility.
Be well hydrated with water and eat at least an hour before the session commences.
Sessions will be available on the second Thursday each month via zoom at 11am -12 noon.
