Yoga via Zoom – 4 December

Yoga with Karla. 

My passion is living meaningfully and bringing the community together. I teach at a thriving yoga studio (the Open Space) in Melbourne, offering Slow Flow, Vinyasa, Meditation, Hatha & Yin, with extended qualifications in these offerings. 

Currently, I’m undertaking a postgraduate in Breast Cancer Nursing. This, alongside a 10 year background in nursing and women’s health, means I am able to apply knowledge holistically, into the ancient practice of yoga and yoga wisdom.

As a facilitator, you’ll find my approach to be adaptive, heartfelt, and responsive, meeting you exactly where you’re at. I look forward to sharing practice, with you!

Gentle yoga practices with Karla allow the body, mind and breath to work in unison, leading to an internal sense of peace and clarity of the mind.  Yoga encourages health and wellbeing through the practice of gentle asana (physical movements), breath work and relaxation.  Yoga practice at Think Pink focuses on enhancing movement in the arms and upper body following treatments for breast cancer. Wear comfortable gym gear.

Be well hydrated with water and eat 1 hour before the session commences.
