Yoga via Zoom – 2 May

Yoga with Katie Byford. 

Gentle yoga practices with Katie allow the body, mind and the breath to work in unison leading to an internal sense of peace and clarity of the mind.  Yoga encourages health and wellbeing through the practice of gentle asana (physical movements), breath work and relaxation.  Yoga practice at Think Pink focuses on enhancing movement in the arms and upper body following treatments for breast cancer. Wear comfortable gym gear.

Be well hydrated with water and eat 2 hours before the session commences.

Sessions will be available weekly from 1.00pm to 2.00pm on Tuesdays (except for every 2nd Tuesday of the month)

Please note: If you have any injury or pre-existing medical condition that may be adversely affected through your participation in this activity, please consult your usual medical practitioner to ascertain your suitability prior to undertaking this activity.
