Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) refers to the state between waking and sleeping.
The practitioner becomes increasingly aware of the inner world while remaining in light consciousness.
Also referred to as “lucid sleep” as it is the deepest state of relaxation while still remaining conscious.
