Wear comfortable gym gear, be well hydrated with water and eat 2 hours before the session commences.
Sessions will be available weekly from 9.15am to 10.15am each Tuesday.
Gita Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga that targets the endocrine glands, having the effect of balancing the hormones. We engage in stretching to target the outer layer of muscle before working through a sequence of ten postures. Breathwork and relaxation are incorporated into the class. Aimed at all levels, you will feel the benefits of the class, including balance and peace.
