Ruairi will be providing his services to Think Pink clients LIVE at The Living Centre bi-monthly. This will be a good introduction to both Ruairi and how Reflexology can support you through your cancer journey.

Ruairi O’Duil is recognised as one of Australia’s leading Reflexologists. He specialises in helping to empower people living with cancer.

He uses his 20 years experience as a full-time professional reflexologist to help support the body, clear the mind and relieve the spirit of those living with, or supporting those living with, cancer.

His other areas of particular interest are stress and pain management. A Reflexology treatment is the systematic application of pressure to reflex points, usually in the feet, stimulating the body’s own natural healing process. The body starts progressively clearing blockages, re-establishing energy flows and balancing itself, resulting in better health.
