Come and join Naomi on Zoom.

Naomi’s online class will explore the unique nutrition needs of those going through breast cancer treatment, recovery and optimising diet for survivorship.  Nutrition plays a powerful role in managing energy levels and side effects during treatment, optimising weight and body composition during and after treatment and reducing the risk of breast cancer recurrence.  Nutrition advice can be overwhelming and confusing, Naomi will clarify the fact from fiction and there will be plenty of opportunity to answer your individual questions.
