Hot Pink Sisters – Managing Loss Within the Group

After the recent sudden loss of 2 of our beautiful Hot Pink Sisters, we have decided to run an extra session to help the group deal with the feelings and emotions that you may be experiencing. Samantha Rennie, a nurse and grief facilitator will join us to help us to develop some healthy strategies that can support us through the sadness and fear that may arise with these losses and challenges. When we face our fears together and weave nets of support for the hard times, it is possible to grow stronger as a group and as individuals.
