What is EFT tapping?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called “Tapping,” combines gentle acupressure with mindful awareness and use of cognitive (verbal) statements to regulate the body and mind. It is evidence based and soothes the nervous system, reduces distress, and restores inner calm & peace. It significantly improves positive emotions, resilience and decreases negative emotional states that can impact on wellbeing. EFT (Tapping) is highly effective for reducing anxiety, stress and other emotional issues (real and imagined stressors), is safe, quick and has long lasting in it’s effects. Research evidence shows it is particularly effective for Stress, Phobias, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, and pain and food cravings.
