Dru Yoga/Meditation via Zoom – 18 May
Come and join Susan on Zoom.
Guest facilitator Susan is running Dru Yoga whilst Maree is away.
The class will start with a warm up followed by a flowing sequence, then a guided relaxation finishing with a seated Meditation. The warm up and sequence can all be done sitting on a chair. Please have some space for movement, a place to lay for relaxation and a chair ready for meditation.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
