Beyond Pink Education Session: ‘Regaining Emotional Confidence’ – 18 July

When you are being treated for breast cancer, your whole life revolves around doctors, tests, treatments and side effects. Then you turn a corner and you are finally on the road to recovery. However physical recovery is only half of your experience; the other half is the emotional journey back to wellness. You wonder: What now? What is important to me? How do I manage a transition back to work, without feeling like I need to please everyone else?

Through this workshop you will gain practical strategies for:

  • Understanding the four stages of emotional recovery.
  • Re-establishing healthy relationship boundaries.
  • Returning to work while prioritising your own self-care.
