Yoga and Sound Healing
06/08/2025
9:30 am - 2:30 pm
By popular demand, we are holding a special, one-off event this August, comprising yoga, meditation/breathwork, and sound healing.
Immerse yourself in a day of deep relaxation and renewal with guided yoga, breathwork, and sound healing meditation. Let the soothing vibrations of sound therapy and gentle movement bring harmony to your body and mind, leaving you feeling refreshed and grounded.
We are lucky to Naomi and Azayla facilitating the day at the Living Centre.
Yoga and Mediation
About Naomi – Peace, love and Joy!
Namaste, my name is Naomi and I have been sharing the joy of yoga for the past 8 years all around the world. My yoga journey has awakened a beautiful life of awareness and gratitude, allowing me to flow with the constant changes in life, accepting what they bring with grace. I love connecting with people through breath and movement to guide and support them to feel their inner peace and release suffering. I offer many pathways to practice yoga, recognising the uniqueness of each person and understanding that the purpose of yoga is self-awareness and cultivating acceptance of where we are in each moment. With our yoga practice we can release struggles that are caused by our over active minds and come to a space where happiness and health flourish. I look forward to sharing the gift of yoga with you.
A descendant of Ancient East Eurasia, Azayla carries the timeless truth and anchored resilience of her migrant lineage, infused with the spirit of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung land that cradled her birth.
She walks a path of harmony, guided by an everlasting love for connection—with nature, kindred spirits, and the pure simplicity of life. Radiating aliveness, fortitude and luminous presence, Azayla guides people into alignment through her eclectic and soulful energy.
Her artistry is a weaving of ancestral wisdom and cosmic intuition, emanating through sacred rituals found in Hatha Yoga, Himalayan Kriya, Vietnamese Zen Buddhism, Holistic Counselling, Sufi poetry, and mystical native melodies.
Through her tender guidance and heartfelt vocals, Azayla evokes spaces of restoration and introspection, empowering fellow travellers to nurture their inner gardens and unearth the beauty of awareness, compassion, humility and grace. She invites all who cross her path to root deeply into wholeness and embrace the unexplored tapestries of being.
“We are all branches of the same tree. When we come together in loving awareness, we co-create a space that allows us to rise above our narratives and attune ourselves to the highest path in the present.”
